Suren Ajjarapu – Executive Chairman


Being an entrepreneur with experience in leadership, executive management and corporate branding, Mr. Ajjarapu has been one of the pioneering forces at Kano Energy Corp. He is also an accomplished corporate strategist, fund raiser and marketer. Through a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, he has lent his expertise and driven considerable enterprise growth in the Biofuels and Information Technology sectors. Mr. Ajjarapu has always been a person with a keen sense of time to market and with global vision and strategic approach to develop & build world-class organizations, while maintaining business competitiveness and deliver value to all stakeholders. From 2009 to 2013, he was the Chairman of Sansur Renewable Energy, Inc and the Director of Ametis which is an advanced renewable fuels and biochemicals company, from 2005 to 2008. He is also the COO of Global Information Technology, a consulting organization established to engineer optimal SAP business solutions.

Mr. Ajjarapu has impressive academic and professional qualifications – being a Master Science in Environmental Engineering from South Dakota State University, Brookings, and also being a graduate from the Harvard University in a Venture Capital and Private Equity program. He also received his MBA from the University of South Florida, specializing in International Finance and Management. Among his most recent work, he served on the board of directors of AE Biofuels, Inc which is an industrial biotechnology company producing renewable chemicals and advanced fuels using patented microbes and processes. Whereas currently he serves as CEO/Chairman on the board of Directors of Trxade Group, Inc. (OTCQB:TRXD) - a technology oriented company providing efficient integrated pharmaceutical and medical services to pharmacies and consumers

Joseph Adir - Executive Shareholder


Mr. Joseph Adir has a decade of experience as a part of the top management for various companies. He is the Founder & CEO of WinTech Marine Intelligence & WinterHaven Holdings, which is a synonym for disruption in the Superyachting Industry. He also serves as the Director of Repositioning Investments Ltd a firm that specializes in corporate finance and he been a director since 2014. Throughout his tenure, he has been a visionary leader with zeal, ambition and optimism.

From 2010 to 2015, he was the Executive Director & CEO of Megawatt Power Holdings Ltd. He was also the CEO of Megawatt Power Industries Inc. in 2014. He was also the Executive Director, windSolare Sarl in 2009 to 2010. In his positions of leadership, he has been able to conceptualise and execute strategies to bring about organisational growth and take it to new heights.

Charles Baumgartner - Acting CFO


Mr. Charles Baumgartner started out as the Finance Manager for General Electric and worked there from 1998 to 2002. He currently has over twenty years of experience in the finance sector. Mr. Charles Baumgartner is currently the CFO of Wintech Marine Intelligence and has also been CFO of WinterHaven Holdings SL since 2018. He is also the Co-Owner of Collard et Trolart - a company into thermal innovation, since 2014. Throughout his professional years, Mr. Charles Baumgartner has gained expertise in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, operations, risk management, investments, legal and statutory compliances and much more.

Mr. Charles Baumgartner has been Partner & CFO of Altamira Capital Partners a consultancy firm for the Energy Efficiency, Automotive & Transportation and Industrial Equipments & Services sectors, from 2011 to 2015. He was CFO & Secretaire General of Bouygues Immobilier Spain & Portugal for 4 years up to 2011. Mr. Charles Baumgartner is an expert with a strategic bent of mind and ability to understand all aspects of the business. Through his tenure at these corporate giants, he has defined the metrics that track performance, which means defining the ways in which success is recognized. He ensures that the whole company focuses on a few key business drivers, besides general managerial functions.

Mr. John Sams - Designated CEO


Mr. John Sams was the President for the Environmental Elements Corp a company that provides pollution control equipment from 1999 to 2003. He then co-founded the LPP Combustion LLC in 2003 – a company into Multi-fuel, Low-emissions Power Systems, Flare-gas & Liquid Fuel Preparation, and Pollution Reduction Equipment, he was the President of the same until 2007. He then served as Executive Vice President of GTS Energy Inc which is an energy solutions company, for a year. Mr. John Sams was then President of Raven Biofuels International Corp - producer and distributor of fuel-grade cellulosic ethanol for two years until 2010. As a president and CEO of such large companies, Mr. John Sams set a clear course for the organisation and accordingly steered the company towards new and greater heights. Throughout his career, there has been an unrelenting focus on delivering business results and achieving milestones.

Mr. John Sams also served as Interim President & CEO of Geo Bio Energy Inc for a year, after which he went on to become a Partner at West Florida, Newport Board Group – a national business advisory & consultancy firm, from 2012 to 2015. He was also President & COO of Megawatt Power Industries Inc. Since 2016, he is the financial & operational improvement advisor at Commenda Capital LLC, a merchant bank providing organizational, strategic and capital solutions, and continues to do so presently.





KEC's Strategic Alliances:

Shell Energy North America (US), LP - KEC has a Letter of Intent (LOI) signed with Shell Energy North America (US), LP to take 100% of the volume of the RNG produced at a price that includes the value of the commodity (RNG), plus the value of the environmental credits generated during the process.

Northern Biogas - KEC has an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) partner in Northern Biogas, the market leaders over 60 years in designing and commissioning Anerobic Digestor (AD) projects with almost two decades of experience and expertise.

Black Hills Energy - KEC's natural gas pipeline interconnection facilities at its Iowa sites are constructed and operated by Black Hills Energy to transport RNG to Northern Natural Gas (NNG) transmission facility.

EcoEngineers, Iowa - KEC has on board for its Renewable Credit Audit, internationally renowned, EcoEngineers, Iowa whose protocol services have been utilized by more than 90 of the world's producers.

Biogas Material Suppliers - KEC has suppliers who provide feedstock, manure and organic wastes, which are landfill diverted substrates from major national players such as:
